Blade Cutting: Our
machines make our service unique in the metal cutting industry.
They are hydraulically activated and utilize an opposed spindle.
Three tool slides radically placed around the drive enable us to
provide end forming during the cut-off operations.
Engineered and built by Green's Metal Cut-off, our machines are
fully automatic with patented design features to produce close
tolerance burr and tip free parts. Screw Machine Parts, including fasteners, pins,
spacers, bushings, shafts, fittings, bolts, chamfered parts, radiused parts,
grooved parts, burr and tip free parts.
Band & Cold Saw Cutting: all machinable metals and
plastics; round, square, hex, rectangular bar and tubing.
Coil Fed:
Parts cut from coil stock, supplied with a chamfer on both
ends. Materials, all metal wire stock.
Impact Shear Cutting: Blanks cut from bar stock
(short runs and high production). Materials, all metal bar
stock.
High Speed Precision Cutting:
Parts cut from round, square, or rectangular bar and tubing with
a high luster luster.
