This machine makes our service unique in the metal cutting industry.  It is hydraulically actuated and utilizes an opposed spindle.

Three tool slides radially placed around the drive spindle enable us to provide end forming during the cut-off operation.

Engineered and built by Green's Metal Cut-off, our machines are fully automatic with patented design features to produce close tolerance, burr and tip free parts. Our capacity with this machine is .062 to 1.062 in diameter and up to 48 inches in length.

Parts manufactured from all machinable materal; Round, Square, Hex, Threaded Stock, Thin Wall Tubing and Coil. Our machines are adaptable to short runs as well as high production quantities.
